Space to Feel, Room to Grow

Clinical counselling in Victoria, BC to help you feel more present, connected, and more fully yourself.

What kind of support are you needing?

I provide steady, attuned support for adults and youth struggling with anxiety, intense emotions, and patterns of overthinking.

Madison Bratty Clinical Counsellor

Welcome --- I'm Madison.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), offering in-person sessions in Victoria, BC and virtual support across British Columbia.

I support youth and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and overwhelming emotions. Many of my clients feel deeply, struggle with self-doubt, or get caught in loops of overthinking. Whether you’re feeling exhausted, stuck in perfectionism, or unsure how to move forward, this is a space to feel supported, understood, and more capable of managing life’s challenges.

I also specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with Autism, offering affirming, individualized care that honours each person’s unique way of being.

Alongside individual counselling, I facilitate evidence-based group programs for teens and young adults, including social skills groups grounded in the PEERS® framework. These small, supportive groups help participants strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and form meaningful peer connections.

Together, we’ll make sense of what feels hard, build emotional flexibility, and create space for growth, healing, and greater self-trust.

Attention is the purest and rarest form of generosity.
